• WHAT DAYS ARE YOU OPEN AND IS SOMEONE ALWAYS WITH MY PUP?

FurBabies Resort and Spa staff are on the premises 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  We are also open for business every day of the week with convenient business hours.

  • WHAT REQUIREMENTS ARE THERE TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

    FurBabies Resort and Spa will need your Veterinarian to verify that all of your pup's vaccinations, Rabies and DHPP, are up to date.  We also require the Kennel Cough (Bordetella) vaccination and strongly recommend the Canine Influenza vaccination.  We then do a doggie temperament test, which is basically a few quick run throughs to assure that your dog plays well with others.  Temperament appointment times are each day from 11am to 4pm.  In the case that these times are not convenient for you, we can then in advance schedule a different time that will work with your schedule.  

  • HOW DO I SCHEDULE BOARDING, GROOMING, DAYCARE, AND/OR TRAINING?

    Just give us a call, or send us an email, and we will set up everything for you!  You are also able to book directly online by clicking HERE.  Please keep in mind that scheduling in advance is always encouraged to assure that you can reserve dates and times that work best with your schedule.  Also, please keep in mind that the holidays are always extra busy at FurBabies Resort and Spa.  Make sure to call in advance to reserve your furry loved one's amazing stay-cation and grooming appointment!    

  • WHAT DOES A DAY LOOK LIKE FOR DOGS STAY-CATIONING AT FURBABIES RESORT?

    FurBabies Resort and Spa offers three separate play areas for our different sized babies.  Room service delivers breakfast to start the day off right.  Then play time is between 7AM- 7PM with a few rotating nap breaks in-between.  There are bubble sessions every hour in the play area, plenty of real grass to take potty breaks on, a wide variety of toys to play with, fun doggie-selfie sessions, and so much more.  If your dog requires feedings multiple times a day, we note that and make sure that they have the appropriate amount of feedings in their own private suite.  Then bed time calls for final potty time, a "midnight snack" if mom and dad have ok'd it, and then tuck those cute, little, wagging tails into bed to watch a doggie movie in their private suite.  

  • CAN I BRING A FEW OF MY DOG’S FAVORITE THINGS?

    FurBabies Resort and Spa provides cozy dog beds in every one of our suites.  However, we want your pup to feel at home and as comfortable as possible.  So, if your little loved one has a special blankie and/or toy, we encourage you to bring it.  We do ask that you keep it to a minimum amount of items and to not bring anything very large in size.  Also, please note that we are not responsible for any lost items.    

  • DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?

    We understand that sometimes plans change.  We ask that you provide us a 48 hour notice in order to avoid a cancelation fee.  During peak holiday times, there is a non-refundable $50 charge at the time of scheduling, and if at least 7 days notice is not given, you will then be charged an additional 1 night's room rate.

  • MY DOG TAKES MEDICINE, IS THAT A PROBLEM?

    Not a problem at all!  Our staff will give your pup their necessary medications to keep them happy and healthy.  Additional fees may apply.  

  • WHAT IF MY FURBABY NEEDS TO SEE THE DOCTOR?

    FurBabies Resort and Spa staff are trained to be exceptionally aware of change in behavior for any and all of the dogs staying at our resort.  Extra attention and precaution will be given to any dog that may be acting different than their normal happy self.  If need be, the owner will be contacted immediately to determine what the next step of action may be.  In the case that the owner cannot be reached and conditions seem urgent, the dog will then either taken to their own vet or to our veterinarian on-call.  The owner will be responsible for any and all fees accumulated by the veterinarian.   

  • WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH THE SPA AND GROOMING SERVICES?    

    We have exceptionally talented groomers at FurBabies Resort and Spa that have earned a great reputation for specialty cuts and styles.  Also, we pride ourselves in using high end products to assure a vibrant, soft, and clean coat for every breed.  We believe that there is no such thing as to much pampering for any furry family member.  Check out the fun spa extras that we offer, listed in our spa menu.  Also, remember that your dog will want to look extra special for you upon your return.  Schedule your grooming appointment today! 

  • DO YOU ALLOW INTACT MALES AT FURBABIES RESORT AND SPA?

    We sure do!  These guys have a lot of extra energy, so they will get some extra time together with our staff. They will also be on a different schedule than our regular resort guests, and will have recess while the other pups are enjoying their gourmet meals. Because of the excess amount of individual time spent, there will be an additional $25 added to the per night rate.

  • IF MY FEMALE DOG IS IN HEAT, CAN SHE STAY?

    Of course!  She will stay in her FurBaby Palace and will receive individual love and care from our staff since she can not attend the doggie daycare party.  Since extra clean up will be necessary, an additional $40 will be added to the per night rate.
